What is your capacity?
The Ice House can comfortably hold around 300 people with limited tables for seating. With a fully seated dinner, 225 is more comfortable.

Can I use my own caterer?
Yes, you are responsible for your own caterer, and all other vendors (florist, cake, music, etc.).

Does The Ice House allow alcohol?
The Ice House does allow alcohol but it is the client’s responsibility to provide the liquor license.

What does your pricing include?
Pricing includes: a 48-hour rental (you are able to access The Ice House 7a the day before your event to ease set up).

What is needed to hold/ book my date?
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to book your event. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of the event.

When is full payment due?
Full payment is due 7 days before the event.

Is there a bride’s room?
Yes we have a bride’s room.

Do you have an outdoor space?
We have an outdoor courtyard, the Alley, which is included with your event. Accent lighting, seasonal flowers and brickwork frame the Alley.

When can we get into The Ice House to begin preparations?
7 am the day before your event. If you need access before that, there will be an additional cost of $200.

Does The Ice House require a security deposit?
Yes. A $300 security deposit is required to cover satisfactory clean up and any damages incurred during the event. The deposit will be returned to the client within 72 hours of the event.

Who is responsible for clean up?
The client is responsible for clean up. The Ice House will be clean the interior space for the $300 security deposit fee. The Alley is the client’s responsibility.
